The service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" with no guarantees or warranties about performance, uptime, or suitability for any particular purpose. You cannot use the service if you do not agree with these terms.

You can access wireless internet through this service by paying in advance or subscribing to a plan. The speed, coverage, and availability of the Internet depend on:

• Network congestion and load
• User location and signal strength
• The package or voucher purchased
• Technical or environmental conditions

Advertised speeds are "up to" and are not guaranteed.

• No refunds will be given for any payments made.
• Money that has been accepted cannot be returned under any circumstances.
• Refunds, if approved by the provider, will only be issued as service vouchers — no cash refunds.
• Purchased vouchers can only be used for the time or data allocated at purchase.

To ensure fair and stable access for all users:

• The provider may control or shape traffic during heavy usage periods.
• Excessive use that degrades network performance for other users may be throttled.
• Automated traffic generation, continuous large downloads, or excessive bandwidth use may be subject to limits.

• Login credentials — including vouchers, usernames, or device authentication — are private and non-transferable.
• Sharing access with other people is strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorised access attempts, hacking, or bypassing authentication systems will result in immediate permanent suspension.

Users must NOT use this service for:

• Any actions that are unlawful in Kenya
• Hacking, network scanning, or unauthorized access attempts
• Spreading viruses, malware, or harmful software
• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Running unauthorized servers or services
• Reselling or redistributing internet access

The service is offered on a "best effort" basis. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, power outages, upgrades, or technical issues. The provider is not responsible for loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from downtime or degraded performance.

Users are solely responsible for the security of their devices, data, and accounts while connected. UltraLinks Broadband Africa is not liable for viruses, data loss, hacking, or damage to hardware or software incurred during use of the service.

The provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without prior notice if:

• These Terms & Conditions are violated
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected
• There is a risk to the security or integrity of the network

UltraLinks Broadband Africa may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
