Service Acceptance

If you use or access this hotspot service, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. The service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" with no guarantees or warranties about performance, uptime, or suitability for any particular purpose. You cannot use the service if you do not agree with these terms.

Description of the Service

You can access wireless internet through this service by paying in advance or subscribing to a plan. The speed, coverage, and availability of the Internet depend on:

  • Network congestion and load
  • User location and signal strength
  • The package or voucher purchased
  • Technical or environmental conditions

Advertised speeds are "up to" and are not guaranteed.

Payment & Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be given for any payments made.
  • Money that has been accepted cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  • Refunds, if approved by the provider, will only be issued as service vouchers — no cash refunds.
  • Purchased vouchers can only be used for the time or data allocated at purchase.

Fair Use Policy

To ensure fair and stable access for all users:

  • The provider may control or shape traffic during heavy usage periods.
  • Excessive use that degrades network performance for other users may be throttled.
